Hi,
Is wheat a white carbohydrate and can it be taken in the slow carb diet ?

Yes wheat is a white carb.

All grains and grain like products should be avoided because they are low glycemic index carbs and have very little nutritional density.

Mheath: what are you talking about? 4HBody doesn't allow for any wheat. Unless it's on cheatday.

No wheat at all....boo hoo..Im new. I miss my chappati and poories.
What about once a week, i mean apart from the cheat day??
