I've been stuck at a max of around 45 press ups for too long now. Anybody have a good program to get up to 100?
I may not be eating enough to get stronger, around 2000 Cal's per day, Sunday to Monday, cheat day on Saturday. Slow Carb diet.
I'm 5ft 7, 11st, 10% body fat
