I've been stuck at a max of around 45 press ups for too long now. Anybody have a good program to get up to 100?

I may not be eating enough to get stronger, around 2000 Cal's per day, Sunday to Monday, cheat day on Saturday. Slow Carb diet.

I'm 5ft 7, 11st, 10% body fat

Try adjusting your hand position. Palms (fingers) facing out, palms (fingers pointed towards each other) close, staggered hands (one regular position, one rib area & alternate), wide, feet elevated, one hand on a small medicine ball or basketball & alternate and proper rest and recovery time. Tighten your core and flex your glutes. Those are all things that have worked for me. Good Luck!

do it in sets until you can do it all at once...
like: do 45, rest a minute or 2, do 30, rest, do 25.
eventually, you will get them all.

I assume you are talking about push ups and not hand stand presses?
Alternate days between single handed or "lever" push ups to try to build more strength than endurance.
Here is a good progession to one handed push up

have you tried this? I went up from about 30 to about 80 before I got bored with it.
