Holy Crap! Massive losses this week. My experiment this week was elimination/reduction of beans. I had no beans Monday and Tuesday. Found I was getting irratable and had low energy. Went with small bean content in lunches (still none in breakfast and dinner) on Wed/Thurs, then no beans Friday.
Still losing muscle mass according to the calculation. May be true because I still haven't started working out (I do the occasional chin up while playing with my daughter in the park). Still getting some numbness in my back. Will take another week off, then go to the doctor if problem persists.
I'm getting closer and closer to my goal weight. It keeps droping (because I'm losing some muscle), but I'm now 2.5 lbs away. Hoping to hit 15% BF in a month or so.
I'm almost below 200 lbs (~ 200.5 lbs)!
