Hey all, love this forum. Quick question regarding the Myotatic Crunch, I am using a swiss ball and every time I start the exercise my hips cramp up pretty bad. I believe my form is okay as I am copying the book, maybe some stretches before would solve the problem. I haven't had this issue with any other exercises. Any suggestions? Thanks!! Love the 4HB.
