Myotatic Crunch causing pain

Hey all, love this forum. Quick question regarding the Myotatic Crunch, I am using a swiss ball and every time I start the exercise my hips cramp up pretty bad. I believe my form is okay as I am copying the book, maybe some stretches before would solve the problem. I haven't had this issue with any other exercises. Any suggestions? Thanks!! Love the 4HB.

Hey Greg,

I'm Chris...i'm a physical therapist. You could have tight hip flexors. Do the stretch that Tim presents on pg 179 2x30sec 2x/day. Please follow me on facebook and let me know what happens. I'm starting geek 2freak this week.
