Oh, what a terrible week! But, the good news is that even with minimal exercise and not really sticking to the diet, I still saw some shrinkage. Looking forward to next week and getting back on track.
Here we go:
Weight: 206 (-4.5, total -5)
RB: 12.75 (-0.25, total -1.75)
LB: 12.5 (0, total -1)
Waist: 35.75 (-0.25, total -4.25)
WH: 47.5 (0, total -3.5)
RT: 22.75 (-1, total -3.25)
LT: 22.5 (-0.75, total -4.5)
TI: 153.72 (-2.25, total -18.25)

LB: 12.25 (-0.25, total -1.25)
Waist: 35.5 (-0.5, total -4.75)

LT: 22 (-0.5, total -5)

How on earth is it possible that I am still losing inches yet not losing any weight? It makes NO SENSE to me. Advice, anyone?

Weight is not a good metric for body composition. I would ignore it.

Hi there, reading through your posts was so funny cause you and I think alot alike. Weight has such value, but I think it is because of being a 21st century american woman who has social media thrown in our face about what is a "skinny" weight and a "skinny" look. I haven't been good about keeping measurements with inches so I have been very discouraged by the scale. If I would measure with inches more often I wuold be more encouraged, I'm sure. You and I should stop looking at the scale.
Overall, I am so happy for you! 20+ inches in 6 weeks is so awesome! I can't wait to see your next progress post!

I haven't posted since February because I re-inflamed an old injury and ended up with a bulging disc in my back. I gained back some weight - first because I couldn't move, then because I got a little depressed.
Hopefully this month will bring a return to exercise and the full diet, and I'll start updating again.
