Just wanted to drop by and say "Keep it up!". I just started on SCD and it really pushes me on to see people sticking to it and getting results! Thanks for the inspiration and motivation!

I've was away for a bit and have been posting about my vacation weight and recovery here:viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1468
As of this week, I'm up about 5 lbs and 1% BF from my lowest weight. I'm looking at eating better as a permanant lifestyle change, so although it may take me 3 weeks to get back to my lowest weight I'm not really concerned.
I think I'd really like to get down into the 180s, but we'll see where my body reaches steady state.
