Hi,

In 4HB, I do not see some stretching execrices that we can practice before and/or after each kind of sport to avoid problem, could you indicate me some in the book if maybe I didn't see it or some others ?

There is no stretching. The prehab section has some good info but did leave out foam rolling, which for prehab and rehab is bee beneficial. Stretching should always be done after exercise. For a good explanation look on Charles Polquins site.

Prior to exercise or sports dynamic movements are safer and more beneficial. The specific movements will vary from person to person and will depend on the activity being performed as well.

Ok I see, but so can we say that, with the way of practicing fitness as Tim shows us in 4HB, we do not need stretching even with running or swimming for exemple ?

No that is not what I meant. Stretching is very important but needs to be done correctly and at the right time. Here are some articles, I suggest doing some additional searching.

Yes warm up. Foam rolling and other mobility exercises are best. Depends in your needs.
