Last I heard Timothy Ferriss isn't a Sleep Doctor. In fact, he doesn't hold any sort medical license, period. There's lots of things you can do to improve your sleep. If you are still interested, I can share the tips and tricks that I've found so far. I suffer from terrible sleep as well.

Yes. But there are very few doctors who are qualified to have this type of distinction next to their name. Drs. Lisa Shives and Michael Breus are two well known doctors that have it.
