What Cinnamon Supplements are people using and what are your thoughts about using them?

occasionally i'll take a tblsp of honey covered with cinnamon, but not really a supplement, more of an immune-system pick-me-up.

Cinnamon in my starbucks coffee has saved me hundreds of unnecessary calories in milk and sugar. If its done nothing else I thank it for that and think it was worth it!

Every morning I do a Tablespoon of pure clove honey and a teaspoon of Cassia cinnamon every morning and every night. (I mix them in 1 cup hot water and sip it like hot tea) This has had a dramatic effect on my libido as well as my energy levels.

I have a bunch of cinnamon capsules that I take from time to time. Basically whenever, I think I might be hitting an issue with my glucose getting too high -- mostly whenever I am forced to eat faster than I want or when I don't have time to the the other things I try to do to keep my glucose in check. I limit myself to 2 capsules per day.
