Question about butter fat and cod liver oil.

I am wondering if any one has tried High Vitamin Butter Oil from Nutrapro International. 12 Oz jar of Grass fed Organic Butter oil costs only $21.99 to $24.99. Very reasonably priced. It is made in USA and is Certified ORGANIC. Why pay more..............

Hmm... Sounds like a sales pitch. It does seem like a good price though.

I am going to go to Costco and take a look. I believe they sell Kerrygold Irish butter.

I think the best recommendation was to go to a dairy. time consuming, but fresh is always the best.

Hey guys so was thinking about the dosage stuff. Blue ice capsules are 750mlg each, so two caps gives 1000mlgrams of cod liv oil and 500mlg of butter oil. which would suggest about 1 of the substitute cod liver capsules and a half teaspoon of butter would match. Not sure if that helps....

I like the Green Pasture product. I bought direct from them and got stiffed. They sent me gel instead of caps. I accidentally opened the bottle and they won't exchange. The owner is very stubborn. Bottom line: don't buy direct from them- they have no concept of customer service.

Taste is .. interesting.. I think when I finish this bottle of gel I'll switch to the pills...

They do have other "flavours" that being said I would take the pills myself, but I am also using it for my little ones homemade formula.

Got used to the taste, bought another jar of unflavored gel..

One jar seems to last about a month.. (1/2tsp when I wake, 1/2tsp before bed)
