3 or 4 meals a day?

Hi - I just started a couple days ago. Should I be eating 3 meals or 4 meals a day? Thanks.

I think it depends on yourself. If you can eat enough per meal to stay full and get all your protein in, 3 should be ok. However if you are like me and cannot possibly eat enough in one meal to stay full until the next you can make it into 4 or even 5 meals.

I've actually bounced back and forth depending on my schedule, but tend towards 4 meals - haven't been hungry yet. I think you'll find what works for you pretty quickly.
If you find yourself craving snacks, increase what you eat at each meal or add that forth or fifth 'on plan' meal and space the feeding times to suit your schedule.

It doesn't matter as long as you're getting enough food.

The more/smaller meal mythology is more about teaching portion control than any actual affect on how the body processes food.

I like 3 meals per day and I think it shows good, steady blood sugar control if you are not hungry between meals.
