This is a small, not-massively-important, & easily fixed problem/question:

any chance that someone with responsibility for the fourhourbody.com site could add a tab for 'forum' with a link to here? Rather than the current route: look at bonus material which is hosted throgh the 4HWW site, peruse the 4HB blog for a bit, assume the forum doesn't actually exist, see again that it's mentioned on the 4HB links but not linked to, go to the contact tab to ask about it, then see the link to it at the bottom there.

I dont think anyone with the ability to make those changes pays attention to this forum. I would suggest trying to email Tim's assistant Charlie.
