Now that I'm back in the US and want to capitalize on the 12 lbs I lost in Paraguay (the last time I lost weight in Paraguay I gained it all back), I decided now's a good time to start my log here. I'm tracking a lot more and want to keep it more public and in one place.

Inches went down a hair, but weight didn't go anywhere. To its credit, I cheated more than I needed to.
This week I started PAGG and also am tracking my water as I have seen that it is the big changer for most people. I am really curious to see how it affects my fat loss.
I hope you'll follow me and keep me accountable. I need you guys to make sure I do this this time. I'm still excited about it, and it's been a whole two months and some change (the longest I've ever maintained a change like this). I want to keep it that way.
