Cheat day yesterday.... Really good but really bad too. Feel kinda sick during the day on and off.... Got rid of any urges for anything. Decided to give up my coffee this week and stick to the SCD as I'm redoing the weights and measurements on Monday and be more regular. Pants feel a bit looser but get the best results when you consistently follow the program how it should be and you monitor your progress

Yesterday, I woke up feeling crook from my sick day. Had some steak for breakfast and then lunch was mince and my last two onions... Dinner was steak with a carrot, some beans, an onion and half a ten of lentils

Stats update. Monday morning, two weeks after the start. Thought I had been following fairly consistently but scales are telling me I'm 103,8kgs and body fat is 30.3. Belly button and waist/hips measurement are 107 and 113 respectively. Weight and body fat have gone from 99.7 and 29.3 to this. Have reviewed my diary and what I've been eating and it seems really good actually and I'm following the SCD almost to the letter.... Except for my tall skinny capucinno I get every day. Guess I'm now going to cut that out for a week to check the results and also pay more attention to the number of vegies I eat and how much meat I eat

Looking forward to next Mondays weigh in for a better result

If you don't have your cortisol in check then it really doesn't matter how well you eat you will have a hard time losing fat.

A skinny latte will also do the opposite of its name, it will make you fat.

Last couple of days have been almost exactly as follows

Wake up. Onion, carrot, zucchini diced, with mince for breakfast lunch and dinner with some garlic, salt, pepper and cinnamon with lentils

Have for lunch and dinner as well.

After work hit up crossfit or in last nights case wendler backsquat and wendler shoulder press and then netball

So how do you sort out your cortisol?

Jeff

An old post from Robb Wolfs blog http://robbwolf.com/2008/09/10/exercise ... -fat-gain/

And there are many time he discusses this on his earlier post casts.

Another good read about exercise and fat loss (or lack there of)
