Hi all,
I'm on my second week of the Occams Protocol with good results so far and without supplements. I have a question that maybe someone has experience with.
On the running faster chapter one can improve the running speed with the strength training, the deadlift, but does this also increases the speed of your arms? or there's a similar strength training for your arms that can increase the speed and force of your punch to improve your performance in boxing and/or MMA??
Please share any tough or experiences.
