Hi all,
I'm on my second week of the Occams Protocol with good results so far and without supplements. I have a question that maybe someone has experience with.
On the running faster chapter one can improve the running speed with the strength training, the deadlift, but does this also increases the speed of your arms? or there's a similar strength training for your arms that can increase the speed and force of your punch to improve your performance in boxing and/or MMA??

Please share any tough or experiences.

Of course, bench press.

I would look into how the power lifters do bench press, that would probably relate directly to punching power and speed. Check out westside barbell and Louie Simmons.

Thanks for the fast response, I was thinking that the bench press was the answer but just wanted confirmation or experiences from other people.

I'll look into your recommendations.
