Anyone worked out how to convert this chapter to cycling? While on the SCD -and- following Occams? or some variant?

Too many goals I know! I just want to be fast enough to keep up with my friends and still have a decent resistance training workout.

Seems like I might have to cycle between muscle gain/strength programs and the endurance stuff. Which is probably a great way to really mix things up as lately without a goal I get seriously bored and stagnant.

Good find. The WODs on the crossfit endurance site are different everyday so you just go an check-in and see what the have prescribed for that day, its not a predefined program like the one you found. There is a cycling option each day.

It is interesting when you see how the weight training stuff relates directly to running form (I don't know what relates to cycling) Here is a video of Brian's http://www.iamunscared.com/stabilizing- ... -pressing/
